Exchange & Returns Policy
Anari Lingerie are happy to exchange bras and briefs and non-hosiery lingerie items for different sizes if you choose the wrong size. Incorrect sizes can be exchanged or Credit Note issued. Credit Notes will be valid for 6 months from date of issue.
Refunds can only be made if goods are faulty.
ALL EXCHANGES OR RETURNS
The exchange or return of goods cannot accepted if
- Swing tags and/or price tags have been removed
- Packaging has been damaged
- Garments have been worn or washed.
BOUGHT THE WRONG SIZE?
We understand that buying lingerie without trying on the size can be tricky – that's why we love our customers to come in to the store (if possible!) for an initial fitting so that you can buy on line with confidence. Please call our friendly staff so we can help you select the correct size.
HOW TO EXCHANGE YOUR GOODS – WRONG SIZE OR CHANGE OF MIND
Simply email us at shop@anari.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order, stating
- Your invoice number, and details of the style that you would like to exchange.
- What size you require, if unsure, please call us on 02 9969 7680.
- We will provide you with a Return Authorisation Number (RAN)
- Goods must be returned within 14 days of receiving your RAN with postage your responsibility.
- The replacement garment will be processed within 7 working days unless goods are out of stock.
- Please note that we cannot exchange goods without an RAN.
- If you choose not to replace the unsuitable goods, a Credit Note will be issued on receipt of goods.
- Credit Note is valid for 6 months after date of issue.
- After the first exchange, if goods are still not suitable, all postage costs are your responsibility.

HOSIERY NON RETURN POLICY
Unfortunately we cannot accept the return of any hosiery items purchased whether it is because of incorrect size or colour choice. Please choose your hosiery wisely.
HOW TO RETURN GOODS - DUE TO FAULTY GARMENT
If you have received goods that are faulty - please email us at shop@anari.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order, stating
- Your invoice number, and details of the style that is faulty
- We will provide you with a Return Authorisation Number (RAN)
- Goods along with a copy of the invoice must be sent within 14 days of receiving your RAN and please include your receipt of cost of postage so we can credit this to you.
- Anari will send you a replacement garment at our cost and will include postage paid by you.
- Or you can choose a refund via the original payment method which will include your cost of postage.
